Responsibilities

  • Installation, relocation, troubleshooting of network & telephone cables / services on the customer premises
  • Follows company installation policies and safety protocols
  • Properly operate and maintain tools and equipment and organizes vehicle stock to perform required duties efficiently
  • Prepares and maintains time logs, reports and other related documentation in accordance with company and departmental policies

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide quality customer service
  • Ability to use basic network installation tools and hand tools
  • Experience with Ethernet Category 5;6 and 6A; Fiber Optic : Multi mode, Single mode; Coax; RG6; ; Camera; HDMI
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work at heights and in tight spaces / attics
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work occasional weekends
  • Must be 21 or older
