job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork in a short-term acute care hospital with a 536-bed capacity Position is based in the X-Ray Tech unit Day shifts, four 10-hour shifts per week, typically Thursday through Sunday from 11 : 00 AM to 9 : 30 PM Weekend shifts are Saturday and Sunday, 11 : 00 AM to 9 : 30 PM Block scheduling is required Floating between sister facilities within the state may be required No on-call duties are required Patient charting is completed using Epic EMR Former permanent staff may return as travelers only after a 3-month separation period All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state as required Scrub attire may be any color; scrubs are provided in the OR and Cath Lab Parking is free onsite Modules are required pre-start and annually, with average completion time of 16 hours No restrictions for first-time travelers RTO requests of up to 6 days or 3 consecutive days are auto-approved if requested prior to offer Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a lower bill rate Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an X-Ray Technologist Current applicable state license required if applicable Proficiency with Epic EMR is required Must provide two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Must be able to commit to working at least 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day) High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
