What You’ll Be Doing
Senior Video Editor Responsibilities
Edit 10–20 minute long-form YouTube videos using talking head content, B-roll, music, and light visual elementsStructure cuts to follow clear narrative arcs , maintaining viewer engagement from intro to endApply subtle effects, audio cleanup, sound design , and pacing strategies that support tone and storyWork closely with scriptwriters, producers, and brand leads to align on story direction and feedbackMotion Graphics Designer Responsibilities
Design and animate clean, minimal graphics that enhance storytellingCreate animated lower thirds, transitions, kinetic text, infographics, and UI mockupsDevelop motion templates and systems for scalable editsIntegrate visuals that help explain complex ideas, emphasize key takeaways, or support voiceoversWho You Are
For Senior Video Editors :
3+ years of experience editing long-form YouTube or documentary-style contentSkilled in Premiere Pro with strong narrative and pacing instinctsComfortable editing from script or rough cut with minimal supervisionBonus : Experience with light audio mixing, SFX , or thumbnail strategyFor Motion Graphics Designers :
3+ years of experience creating motion graphics for video, social, or branded contentProficient in After Effects (or similar tools) with a strong sense of timing and visual hierarchyBonus : Experience working in content with mystery, storytelling, or documentary tonesHow to Apply
