Hvac Technician

Job Description

We're looking for experienced, EPA 608 certified and 06A licensed HVAC Technicians to join our team.

$30-$45 hourly (depending on experience) plus incentives & bonuses

The Role :

We are seeking exceptional HVAC Service Technicians to deliver outstanding customer service.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will service, diagnose, repair, replace, and install HVAC systems for customers within Whatcom County. Our primary focus is on residential heating and cooling systems such as furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits, etc., with occasional commercial system work.

You will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team, demonstrating technical competency and exceeding customer expectations by providing the highest quality service every time.

You will operate out of your own Gary's vehicle and manage your time efficiently. Gary's will provide a phone and tablet for work use; being tech-savvy is a plus but not necessary.

You will build relationships and trust with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Excellent customer service is why our customers love us.

Requirements :

• EPA 608 refrigeration certification
• 06A specialty electrician HVAC license
• Valid driver's license with safe driving habits and a clean driving record
• Integrity and honesty
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced social skills and ability to connect with people
• Desire to grow and improve continuously
