We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and growth-minded Project Manager to take charge of commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to build systems, shape operations, and make a real impact on a growing team.

As the key link between clients, crews, vendors, and leadership, you'll ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee projects from estimating handoff through final closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, crews, subcontractors, and materials
• Act as the primary client contact — lead meetings, updates, and walkthroughs
• Track financials, prepare billings, and manage change orders
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety, and quality control
• Support procurement, vendor negotiations, and logistics
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen systems and best practices
• Promote a positive, safety-first culture that reflects our core values of urgency, teamwork, integrity, and innovation
