Overnight Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, startup, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical processes used in manufacturing. You will also maintain support equipment located within the building or on the grounds. You will work with industrial voltages and servo motors in a fully automated plant, completing preventive maintenance, repairs, and changing motors and gear boxes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and startup mechanical and electrical processes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment and support systems.
• Work with industrial voltages and servo motors in a fully automated plant.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Change motors and gear boxes.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing and production environment during the 3rd shift or overnight hours from Monday to Friday, 10PM to 6 : 30AM. The facility operates 24 / 5 and prioritizes cleanliness and safety. The noise level varies by area, and ear protection, safety glasses, and gloves are required.

The pay range for this position is $64792.00 - $64792.00 / yr.
