Set-Up Technician

A manufacturing company in Fortville, IN is seeking an experienced Set Up Technician to support production operations in an ISO 13485 certified medical device facility. This is a hands-on role responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, technical support, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Set-Up Technician

• Set up machinery and production processes to meet quality standards, following all safety and regulatory protocols.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime and remove production bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Production Management to ensure training is completed for production personnel as needed.
• Work closely with the Quality and Engineering teams to address customer concerns and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support continuous improvement efforts aligned with production and quality goals.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable safety and quality standards.

Requirements of the Set-Up Technician

2nd shift : 2PM - 12AM Monday through Thursday ( DIRECT HIRE)

Pay is $18.05 - $21.05 an hour, based on experience
