Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email with empathy and professionalism
Accurately process customer requests and collaborate across departments for effective resolutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide feedback for process improvement
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer support or engagement experience, preferably in a multinational software company
Basic computer proficiency and experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is helpful
Ability to work standard business hours and rotating weekend on-call shifts
