About the Role

As a Medical Assistant, you'll be a key member of the care team-supporting both clinical and administrative functions to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. You'll work closely with providers and patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Room patients and take vital signs
  • Assist with exams, procedures, and documentation
  • Administer injections and perform EKGs as needed
  • Process prior authorizations and manage insurance documentation
  • Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system

What You Bring

  • Strong clinical and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with EPIC or other EMR systems (preferred)
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and prior authorizations
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
