Licensed Practical Nurse – Hospice Care | Sparta, North Carolina

Employment Type : Full-Time

Hourly Range : $24-$27

We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team, providing meaningful end-of-life care to patients and their families throughout the Sparta (Alleghany), Elkin (Surry), and Wilkesboro (Wilkes) area.

As an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll work closely under the direction of a Registered Nurse and help deliver skilled, compassionate care that makes a true difference during one of life’s most important transitions.
