About the Role
As a Sr. Employee Relations Business Partner, you will provide expertise in all aspects of employee relations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will design, execute, and monitor HR programs and policies, offering strategic guidance to People Business Partners (PBPs) and drive operational excellence in investigative processes and resolution.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $158,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
