We provides site development civil engineering and land surveying services primarily focused on smaller (1-2 acre) commercial development projects. In support of these projects, Our survey team provides field and office surveying for ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys, topography surveys, subdivision mapping, and construction staking services.
Responsibilities
- Perform one-man field surveys for ALTA, topographic, and construction staking projects.
- Travel to project sites, including out-of-town assignments, as needed.
- Operate GPS, robotic total stations, and other modern survey equipment.
- Interpret plans, prepare field notes, and ensure accurate data collection.
