Maintain a hands-on technical role, contributing to code development within each two-week sprint

Required Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency in C# and the broader Microsoft development stack

Demonstrated management and organizational experience leading a software development team

Direct experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment

Proven history integrating and utilizing Angular in professional projects

Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with required days in the Houston office
