• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical repair or equipment maintenance.
• Background in construction equipment, industrial machinery, or similar heavy-duty systems.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, or engine-related issues.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including servicing and repairs.
• Experience performing mechanical work either in a shop setting or on-site in the field.
