Senior HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The technician will work independently and as part of a team, providing high-quality service to our clients.

• Duties
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment to identify issues.
• Conduct repairs on mechanical components and appliances as needed.
• Operate service vehicles for transportation to job sites.
• Perform oil clean outs and annual maintenance on residential and commercial customers.
• Put together duct work, hang duct work, sizing duct work is a plus.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service calls.
• Document all service activities, including repairs made and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Requirements
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the mechanical field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems, ammonia refrigeration, and appliance repair.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for service calls.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on job sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in HVAC or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to HVAC services.
