job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide 24-hour call coverage for surgical services Respond to 3-5 phone consults per shift Admit and manage 3-5 new patients per shift Oversee care for 5-10 patients per shift Handle a full spectrum of general surgery cases as required Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care Must have an active and unrestricted West Virginia medical license Board certification in Surgery required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) certifications required Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience necessary Assignment to begin as soon as credentialing is completed, with ongoing needs anticipated Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities
