Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a background in plaintiff personal injury, ideally with mass torts experience, to join our team. This is a fully remote position.

Job Description :

Support attorneys in managing plaintiff personal injury and mass tort dockets.

Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.

Organize and maintain case files, including medical records, depositions, and trial exhibits.

Coordinate with clients, experts, and co-counsel throughout all stages of litigation.

Assist in trial preparation and provide direct support during proceedings.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Paralegal in plaintiff personal injury litigation.

Prior mass torts experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing systems.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Proficiency in legal software and e-filing platforms.
