Car Wash Sales Representative

Experience required : 1 to 3 years. Customer Service & Sales experience

Education desired : High school diploma or equivalent plus up to 18 months of additional training or Associate's Degree

Lifting requirements : 25 pounds

Job responsibilities :

• Proactively greet and engage with all customers entering the wash area
• Understand car wash packages and "Unlimited" program details
• Be knowledgeable of competitor offerings and prices
• Act as a brand ambassador when communicating with customers
• Suggestively sell "Unlimited" carwash subscriptions, or upsell customers on car wash packages
• Manage traffic volume effectively to maximize throughput of cars
• Cover the wash bay when needed
