N / A Required Certifications : Mandatory : AHA BLS, Advanced NRP. WI RN license Minimum Experience : 2 years in OB with L&D experience. Charting Experience : Primary EMR is EPIC. Experience preferred. Required Skillset : Labor and Delivery competent Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 11 bed L&D / 8 Bed Post Partum 1350 deliveries annually Average Daily Census : Highly variable. Average monthly delivery rate is 112 / month.
