What You Will Do :

As a Project Engineer II at Summit, you'll be responsible to :

• Provide direct support to project management and field supervision staff from project inception to completion.
• Perform thorough reviews to ensure all aspects are in line with project goals.
• Develop bidders lists, manage subcontract scopes, and ensure timely execution of contracts.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project finances including budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as needed.
• Manage critical documents like RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes to keep the project on track.
• Assist in ensuring all project aspects meet Summits rigorous standards for quality and safety.

Summit Design + Build Offers :

Salary Range : $85k - $115k per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
