Salary : $18-24 / hr

Smartland, a Cleveland-based operator of apartment buildings and single-family rentals, is hiring a Grounds Crew Member to keep our communities clean and welcoming.

What Youll Do

Keep properties clean : remove trash, debris, and maintain common areas.

  • Move appliances / furniture and transport items between sites.
  • Handle snow removal and ice salting in winter.
  • Report hazards or damage promptly.
  • Keep tools and equipment in safe working order.
