Franciscan Health Crown Point Hospital – Nursing Float Pool

Provide medical and post-surgical care to a wide variety of patients, including cardiac, neurological, pulmonary and infectious disease patients.

Will float between 2 large medical surgical units.

Job Requirements

Basic Medical Surgical experience

BLS

EPIC competency

Schedule Information

Shift times : 1 XD (7p-7a)

Every second weekend – assigned weekends will be established on hire

Call Requirements : None

Unit Specific Information

RN ratio 1 : 5-6

Number of Beds : 3rd floor = 43 beds, 4th floor = 45 beds

Type of equipment : Alaris pumps, EPIC documentation

Additional Details

Busy Medical Surgical floors with engaged and energetic teams.
