Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide nursing services in a facility in Chatham County, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will support adolescent health and wellness in a structured environment and must be comfortable working independently with direct care staff during part of the shift.

Requirements :

  • Active North Carolina LPN license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and / or emergency nursing.
  • Ability to work independently as the only nurse on-site during part of the shift.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth equipment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Availability to complete facility-based orientation at the start of the assignment.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice under RN / physician direction.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
  • Observe, report, and document changes in patient health status.
  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation in electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with direct care staff to support continuity of care.
  • Assist with telehealth services and virtual consultations.
  • Support health, safety, and wellness in a secure environment.
  • Complete facility orientation and ongoing required training.
