We Offer

  • Salary range from $20+ / hour
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance

  • 40+ hours / week Monday - Friday Normally scheduled 8 hours / day - between 7am - 4 : 30pm

    Responsibilities Of Our Customer Sales Associate

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner
  • Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi extension phone
  • Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing
  • Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products
  • Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts
  • Stock inventory as needed in the showroom
  • Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors
  • Process warranty claims
  • General cleaning & showroom upkeep
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Required Education And Experience

  • Customer Service experience required.
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Distributor knowledge preferred. HVAC knowledge a plus.
  • Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.
  • High school diploma or GED completion is required.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The physical abilities required for this position include : walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 100lbs).
  • Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
