The Counter UAS Finance team within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) strategic business unit has an immediate need for an early in career Cost Schedule & Controls Analyst (P2) to provide support to the Coyote-SONIC program within our portfolio.
As a core member of this team, you will work in a challenging and fast-paced team environment. Frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contracts, and program office) and multiple levels of leadership will require you to possess strong presentation and communication skills and have a strong understanding of Earned Value Principles and Processes.
You must be an excellent communicator with an enthusiastic and strong desire to learn while being challenged. Competitive applicants must have the ability to think on their feet, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and interact with various levels of management. This position will provide an opportunity to develop and enhance skills with SAP APEX, PRISM, and a host of other systems within the existing Raytheon earned value management tool suite.
The finance team is currently comprised of team members with varying levels of experience and operates with a positive attitude and dynamic. The collaborative and supportive working environment offers a strong foundation of resources and knowledge base that fosters opportunities for room to grow within the organization.
This position is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. The preferred candidate will work onsite at the Andover, MA, Tucson, AZ or McKinney, TX location. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

The salary range for this role is $66,000 - $130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
