Responsibilities :
As a Permanent Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include :
1. Overseeing and managing a team of mortgage loan officers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their performance goals.
2. Leveraging your product expertise in loan and mortgages to provide strategic direction and drive business growth.
3. Ensuring superior customer service is delivered at all times, addressing and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
4. Driving the capture rate by implementing effective strategies to convert leads into closed mortgage deals.
5. Overseeing all aspects of the closing process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering a smooth experience for clients.
6. Managing real estate transactions, coordinating with various parties to ensure successful completion.
7. Continuously monitoring industry trends and developments, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications :
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer.
3. A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
4. Extensive knowledge of loan products and the mortgage process.
5. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Demonstrated ability to drive capture rate and close deals.
7. Experience managing real estate transactions.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
9. Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.
10. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
