Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who uses the nursing process to provide and direct patient care for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
Function as a Surgery Circulator RN in a fast-paced surgical environment Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure patient safety and procedural success Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care using the nursing process Ensure all necessary surgical equipment and supplies are prepared and available Participate in on-call rotation for emergency procedures and after-hours cases Qualifications Job Requirements : Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) Must maintain current Texas RN License Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certified (within 90 days of hire) Must participate in an on-call rotation Must reside within a 30-mile radius of the facility (to meet required response time for call shifts) Preferred Job Requirements : PACU, ICU, ER, or other acceptable acute care experience.
