Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (40 hours / week) who is passionate, motivated, and thrives in a one-on-one treatment model.
The ideal candidate :
- Has strong manual therapy skills or a desire to master them through hands-on mentorship.
- Enjoys building long-term patient relationships and delivering results that truly matter.
- Communicates clearly and connects easily with patients of all backgrounds.
- Is driven to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.
- Wants to work in a clinic that values quality over quantity and invests in your professional growth.
Responsibilities

California PT license (or PTLA status).Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.Excellent hands-on skills - or a genuine desire to develop them.Warm, empathetic communicator who values connection and trust.Excited to grow a full caseload within 3 months .Passionate about helping people stay active and healthy for life.Compensation & Benefits
