Our technicians work on equipment that runs on Noonan Energy Plus, a Bioheat fuel treated with a premium additive package that promotes high performance while cleaning the equipment from the inside and keeping it clean. As a family-owned business, we value teamwork, integrity, and a job well done.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Service and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, following manufacturer specifications and company requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold our reputation for quality and reliability.
  • Maintain company vehicles by stocking necessary parts, returning unused items, and ordering restocks as needed.

Qualifications :

  • MA Burner License and relevant HVAC certifications required.
  • Experience with installations (oil, gas, and A / C) preferred.
  • Clean driving record and good people skills essential.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Sheet metal knowledge a plus.
