Service Writer

to join our team. As the key link between customers and technicians, you’ll ensure a smooth service experience from start to finish — greeting guests, writing repair orders, explaining services, providing cost estimates with guiding customers towards recommendations, and keeping customers updated from drop-off to pick-up.

What You’ll Do :

Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns

Write accurate repair orders and explain recommended services

Explain and sell recommended services

Communicate updates between customers and technicians

Ensure services are completed on time and to customer satisfaction

Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up

What We’re Looking For :

Previous customer service or automotive service experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A positive, customer-focused attitude
