- Welcome and greet diners entering the club.
- Take, manage, and organize reservations and wait lists.
- Take members and guests to their tables while providing them with menus.
- Possess knowledge of table numbers, position, and seat numbers in relevant dining outlets, as well as each dining outlet’s dress code and rules.
- Maintain a clean host stand and lobby.
- Answer phone calls and answer questions.
- Have a strong understanding of our menus in each dining outlet.
- Assist other staff as needed.
- Understand the Westwood standards and work towards serving the member experience.

Enjoys the challenge of working quickly and efficiently.Ability to both plan ahead and improvise as plans changeDemonstrates good energy and motivation, as well as professionalism and diplomacyRegular and reliable attendance, available during the day as well as evenings, weekdays, weekends, and some holidaysCan remain standing for several hours straight and can carry about 20 pounds easilyRegular (or semi-regular) schedule with at least three days / shifts of working availability per weekPrior restaurant experience (preferred)High school graduate or equivalent (preferred)
