Quickway is opening a new truck terminal in Monroe, OH and hiring Local CDL-A Truck Drivers for home-daily routes! This is a new operation delivering no-touch grocery products to regional distribution centers in OH, IN, and KY. We’re a 100% employee-owned company offering excellent pay, benefits, and the chance to grow with a brand-new terminal.
Local Driver Job Details :
- Home Daily – No Overnights
- Start Times : Vary from midnight to mid-morning
- Work Schedule : 5 shifts / week (Sun–Sat)
- Average Shift : 8–10 hours
- Route Radius : Within 150 miles of Monroe, OH
- Pay Structure :
- $0.95 CPM – under 150 miles
- $0.79 CPM – 151–250 miles
- $0.68 CPM – over 250 miles
- Daily Minimum Guarantee : $203 / day
- Live load / unload at distribution centers (handled by the DC)
