Job Description :

The Senior Manager, Project Financial Management will play a key leadership role within the FP&A team, focused on accurate revenue recognition, margin optimization and delivery performance across the firm's service lines. This role will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with business leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE, and leverage the BT offshore team to improve financial outcomes through operational excellence and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop a team of financial analysts responsible for accurate revenue recognition, project margin analytics
  • Partner with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE to monitor revenue trends, project performance post-pricing, ensuring commercial terms are supported through effective delivery management.
  • Identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation to improve efficiency and data quality
  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions, AI driven analytics and workflow optimization
  • Partner with Technology and Operations teams to deploy AI tools for forecasting, anomaly detection and predictive insights
  • Monitor trends in delivery performance and margin optimization opportunities
  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to establish data governance frameworks to ensure integrity and consistency in reporting
  • Champion adoption of digital tools (PowerBI, AI Copilots, Alteryx etc...)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization, including 3+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience managing financial analytics or shared service teams supporting U.S. or global business units.
  • Experience in Workday / SAP and automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx)
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, SQL, Phyton
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • The compensation range for this role is $137,340 to $260,380. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
