KEITH is looking for a Project Accountant to join our team in our Corporate Office in Pompano Beach, FL. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. We are a well-established multidisciplinary company that offers civil engineering, land surveying, subsurface utility engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction management services. The firm was founded on the principle of achieving success by combining the latest technology with client-oriented business practices, and a strong group of talented professionals.

What you'll do :

• Monitor project costs / performance
• Review costs / draft invoices with Project Managers
• Prepare project invoices monthly
• Follow up with clients regarding Accounts Receivable
• Assist with FDOT Audit Packages when needed
• Assist with setting up and maintaining project records in both Deltek Vantagepoint and KEITH Network.
• Assist Project Managers with proposal and contract preparation and QA / QC, prepare and monitor subconsultant agreements
• Additional Accounting Assistance as needed
