Management Training Associate

As a Management Training Associate, you’ll do the following :

• Plan, organize, and execute daily fundraising activities to support our charity partners' goals
• Collaborate with management to develop new strategies for enhancing fundraising efforts through community events and promotions
• Clearly and effectively communicate the mission and values of our charity partners to engage and inspire potential donors
• Maintain accurate records of donor information and interactions to ensure effective communication and follow-up
• Assess the effectiveness of previous events to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning
• Guide and train volunteers on best practices and procedures to ensure successful fundraising efforts
