Assistant Vice President

Assistant Vice President needed for the Alternative Investments Strategic Solutions team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive approach to deliver one or more large and / or complex initiatives in accordance with a product roadmap as well as providing day to day support to our business teams on deploying best practices. Candidates must be able to work with other business stakeholders, analysts and agile team to deliver key strategic deliverables in a timely manner. Candidates must also demonstrate strong initiative, be able to perform well under pressure and be capable of working on multiple, diverse assignments.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS' tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

As an Assistant Vice President you will be responsible for developing and executing an approach to deliver one or more large and / or complex initiatives in accordance.

• Engage with various users as a Subject Matter Expert to understand requirements.
• Ability to work with other business stakeholders, analysts and agile team to deliver key strategic deliverables to teams in timely manner.
• Understand the functionality and create business requirements for Product Owners and Development teams to execute on.
• Influence decisions that align with our IT strategy.
• Prepares user and systems documentation as needed.
• Work in a complex deadline driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability and proven track record to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range : $85,000 - $152,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
