Job Title : CNC Mill Setup and Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Setup and Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up CNC Mill machines, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of finished parts. This role requires reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders, as well as performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mill machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Work Environment

Work in a fairly laid-back, medium-sized shop with a climate-controlled environment. While the shop generally maintains a low-noise atmosphere, there are quick turnaround times that may require urgent work. This position is primarily on the first shift from 6 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with optional hours on Fridays. The team is led by a mellow supervisor, and employees are encouraged to remain focused and productive while on the floor.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00 / yr.

They have really good benefits and PTO too. Also get a raise once perm.
