Compensation : Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointmentsPerform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs / imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditionsDevelop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptionsEducate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principlesCollaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staffDocument visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant mannerParticipate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessionsSupport clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialtyMinimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional / integrative medicine experience a plus)Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicineExcellent communication and patient relationship skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus)
