- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing
Admission to practice in New Jersey and / or Connecticut is a plus5+ years of substantive employment litigation experienceManagement-side representation of private sector employers , with proven ability to handle complex employment mattersExperience litigating before federal and state courts , arbitrations , and administrative agenciesDemonstrated skills in fact investigation , discovery management (including substantial ESI productions ), depositions , motion practice , and trial preparationStrong written and oral advocacy skills, including drafting dispositive motions and discovery-related motionsProven ability to manage a portfolio of active cases while maintaining exceptional client serviceKey Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment-related litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panelsLead discovery efforts, including substantial ESI production and management of complex case filesTake and defend depositions , prepare witnesses , and participate in hearings and trialsDraft , oppose , and argue motions , including dispositive and discovery-related motionsCollaborate with partners and clients to shape litigation strategy and drive case outcomesProvide exceptional client service through effective communication and tailored legal solutionsWork collaboratively with colleagues in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment three or more days per week physically present in New York office.Why Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
