Location : Harrison, MI (Clare County)

Practice Type : Large, established multi-specialty group

Setting : Outpatient with access to onsite services

Start Date : As soon as available

Patient Population : Adults - focus on physical, emotional, and social health

Scope : Preventive care, acute / chronic disease management

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Call : 1 : 4 rotation with nurse triage line support

Support Services : Onsite rehab

Nutrition and diabetes counseling

Walk-in lab

Radiology

Walk-in care Candidate Requirements

MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Completion of ACGME-approved residency

Licensure :

Must have or be eligible for Michigan medical license

Must have or be eligible for Controlled Substance License Compensation & Benefits
