West Marketing Specialist

About the opportunity

As SWCA grows, we are on the lookout for talented individuals who can help us support our clients and internal stakeholders in the field of environmental consulting. As the West Marketing Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting proposal development to sell our services to our clients across multiple industries.

You will be supporting our Marketing and Pursuits Resources (MPR) Team in our bustling West Region, composed of 13 offices. Together, we will develop and deliver proposals that showcase the expertise of our team and the unique value we bring to every project.

This position is an integral part of our team and will be trained to assist with a wide variety of marketing activities associated with proposal development.

This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), hourly, distributed position. This position provides the flexibility of working remotely, in a hybrid capacity, or in-office, if desired. However, it is a requirement that the candidate work in the Pacific time zone.

What you will accomplish

• Provide proposal support assistance to proposal teams (compiling tailored resumes, project descriptions, and other qualification information; etc.)
• Maintain Deltek Vision database data and other marketing software tools
• Distribute and track internal decisions for bid solicitations daily
• Assist with opportunity and market research projects
• Support business development activities (research, manage data, distribute / track action items, etc.)

An employee in this distributed position can expect an hourly rate of $22.00 / hr. - $28.36 / hr . Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
