Worldwide Foam is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations across our distribution and converting facilities in Atlanta, LaPorte, Wurtland, and Ontario. This pivotal role ensures efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across multiple sites.

What You'll Do

• Lead plant operations across production, inventory control, shipping / receiving, maintenance, and safety.
• Manage, coach, and support Plant Managers and operational teams to meet company goals.
• Develop and track KPIs for production, efficiency, safety, and cost performance; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee facility maintenance, capital projects, and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations; conduct regular audits and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to balance efficiency, compliance, and customer commitments.
• Contribute to annual budgets, long-term strategic planning, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement best practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations.

Proven multi-site management experience.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven leadership.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

ERP proficiency and data-driven decision-making experience.

ISO or quality management system knowledge preferred; Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus.
