The

Senior SEO Specialist

will own strategy and execution for complex B2B accounts, bringing at least three years of SEO or commensurate experience in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. This self-starter role is responsible for mentoring SEO Specialists, leading GEO and AI-informed campaigns, and driving measurable results and ROI.

Candidates must live within 50 miles of Doylestown, PA, as monthly in-person meetings are required.

About the Role

The Impact You'll Make :

• You'll lead advanced SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page search.
• You'll be the SEO lead for assigned accounts, guiding strategy, execution, and recommendations.
• You'll conduct keyword research, technical audits, backlink outreach, and content optimization, including GEO / AI-informed campaigns.
• You'll confidently attend client meetings to present results, explain technical concepts simply, and share actionable insights.
• You'll leverage tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Databox to optimize campaigns and uncover growth opportunities.
• You'll collaborate with team leads to refine SEO processes, introduce automation, and integrate new search tactics.
• You'll use coding skills (Python, JavaScript) to support audits, automation, and problem-solving.
• You'll mentor SEO Specialists, coaching them on tools, strategy, and client communication.
• You'll stay ahead of search innovations (AI tools, GEO-targeting, automation) and propose new ways to improve results.
