A company is looking for a Revenue Operations and Strategy Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Build reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support leadership
Develop dashboards and reporting to enhance sales team performance and drive pipeline management
Own commission calculations, optimize workflows across departments, and track KPIs
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
Bachelor's degree required; financial and / or consulting background is a plus
Proficient in Salesforce and forecasting tools, with knowledge of SQL and BI tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to build complex models
Experience in high-growth startups and effective collaboration across revenue functions
