Job Purpose
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our freight brokerage business. This individual will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, the General Manager will have the opportunity to leverage their entrepreneurial skills to identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence. Crucially, this role will also involve maintaining their own Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, providing a unique opportunity to directly impact the financial success of the company.
Your day-to-day
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of leaders and individual contributors to achieve individual and office wide targets.
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, carriers, and industry stakeholders to enhance our market presence.
Oversee the operational aspects of the freight brokerage business, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain your own Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, taking ownership of financial performance and profitability of your office location.
May perform other duties as assigned!

This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.
