Job Title : Surgical Technologist – Robotic / Endoscopy

Location : Colorado

Schedule :

Wednesday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–4 : 00 p.m. (Guaranteed 24 hours / week)

Optional : Tuesday included for candidates with Sterile Processing experience (Guaranteed 32 hours / week)

Overview :

Our client is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join their surgical team. This role is ideal for candidates with robotic, endoscopy, or sterile processing experience who want a predictable schedule with opportunities for increased hours.

Responsibilities :

Assist surgeons and operating room staff during procedures.

Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and operating areas.

Support robotic and endoscopic surgeries.

Ensure compliance with hospital safety, quality, and infection control standards.

Collaborate with the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements :

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through CO

Experience in robotic or endoscopy procedures preferred

Sterile Processing experience is a plus for additional hours

Excellent teamwork and communication skills
