Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, participating in prospect meetings and engaging corporate resources as needed
Own team revenue targets, ensuring consistent attainment of quotas and growth objectives
Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent while enforcing disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
7-10 years of management experience and 8-10+ years in solution-based sales
Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams to achieve revenue growth
Experienced in selling Cloud, SaaS, and On-Demand software solutions
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM and AI-driven insights into sales strategies
