About You

As a Client Service Representative, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing comprehensive care throughout their journey. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to surgery assistance, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.

Experience & Skills Requirements :

• Great communication skills - Team oriented with an ability to collaborate and support each other
• Outstanding multi-tasker
• Must be able to work weekends and certain holidays
• Desire to practice empathetic, gold standard medicine benefiting our patients
• Are paw-sitive, kind and provide trustworthy communication to the patients, team members and clients.

About the Hospital

Located in Centralia, Cascade West Veterinary Hospital proudly serves the greater Lewis County and Thurston County area. With over 80 years of dedicated service, we provide comprehensive veterinary care for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, livestock, rabbits, pocket pets, and poultry.

As one of the few equine reproduction vets in the region, we are committed to supporting local farmers, ranchers, and animal owners. We also take pride in our active involvement with 4H, FFA, and other youth programs, helping to foster the next generation of animal caregivers in Lewis County.

With a skilled team, state-of-the-art equipment, and a passion for exceptional care, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients and their animals while strengthening the human-animal bond. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $17.50-19.50 /  hr. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
