Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated tax professional to join our team as a Seasonal Local Service Associate. This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

About the Role :

  • Provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software / product support.
  • Connect with people, demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to their financial concerns and build the long-term trust that turns a one-time transaction into a loyal, multi-year relationship.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

    • Who You Are :

  • Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
  • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
