Position Title : Concessions Supervisor - Snow Summit

Pay Range : $23.00 to $23.00

Seasonal Position. Weekends and Holidays are a requirement. Starting at $23 / hour

Summary

The supervisor role is a building block in leadership. As such, a supervisor must have patience, communication skills and an array of problem-solving skills to manage any situation that may arise. The supervisor oversees the day-to-day operation of a team at a specific venue, trains staff, provides guidance, delegates tasks, and ensures that work is completed while acting as a liaison between the team and upper management. The supervisor is expected to de-escalate situations and recognize when to praise an employee.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily Supervisor Log to be submitted EOD for each shift
• Keep venue office space clean and organized
• Draft the venue schedule for manager approval, with awareness of daily labor costs
• Manage and communicate the venue's labor with the manager; monitor attendance and related issues (early / late clock-ins, No Call No Shows, missed lunches, etc.)
• Manage employees' timesheets in payroll
• Maintain company and uniform standards
• Be capable and ready to fill any and all positions in the venue
• Understand pricing and manage / maintain all in-venue sponsorships
• Train all incoming staff
• Assist with Monthly Performance Evaluations and any corrective actions needed for the team
• Manage inventory for the venue, including completing daily / weekly requisitions and ensuring the venue is stocked
• Assist in monthly inventory counts
